Where Is The Noise?

Are you brave in your beliefs or do you follow the crowd? Too often we allow our silence to rule, or we shhhh-1433634run and hide from the issues of today. It’s time to stop and take a stand.

One of the biggest issues right now is allowing men who claim to be transgendered to use female restrooms. The reason I use the word “claim” is men who are not transgendered will use this as an excuse to infiltrate places they should not be allowed, particularly sexual predators.

Before any of you have a fit, let me state that I cannot imagine what it’s like to be uncomfortable in my own skin to the point I believe I should be the opposite gender. Teenage years are hard enough without added confusion. However, I don’t believe God makes a mistake. If He wanted you to be female, He would have made you female, and vice versa. Jeremiah 1:5 (a) reads, I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. He knows you so well because He created you to be the sex He has chosen for you.

But, predators have already used dressing as a way to gain entry into female restrooms. Now women will have no recourse against it. And the people in the most danger are teenage girls and children.  (http://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/Secret-Recording-Store-Mall-Antelope-Valley-Palmdale-Restroom-207541101.html; http://komonews.com/archive/police-man-in-bra-and-wig-found-in-womens-bathroom; http://www.eastbayexpress.com/92510/archives/2010/10/12/cross-dressing-peeper-infiltrates-cal-womens-locker-room)

Three groups in particular need to be shouting at the top of their voices to stop this madness. The first is every Christian in this country. We should not allow women’s safety to be sacrificed for political correctness.

Another group should mothers. Any mother who thinks this is a good law is not thinking of her child, especially if she has daughters. And the third group are women’s organizations, especially NOW.

Why have the feminists been quiet with regard to this issue? Their voices should be the loudest of the bunch opposing this law.

If you want to have a room for transgendered people, have three rooms. Men, women, and unisex. The last will allow transgendered males and females to enter without issue. In the meantime, we need to stop having knee-jerk reactions to political correctness.

It’s time for the silence on all this madness to stop. Make noise to your congressman and every store you shop. We must not allow our privacy to be invaded by others of the opposite sex, no matter their excuse.

Women in this country need to feel safe, not only in their own homes and their schools but in their bathrooms as well.

If you or someone you know is in need of prayer this week, please leave a comment. We’d be more than happy to pray for you. And if this post moved you in some way, please feel free to share it.

Amen well said and another view point to add is what about the bullies? There has always been bullies and this opening the doors to transgender also means the girl who think she is a boy wants to use the men’s restrooms, red flag danger here.

    1. It worries me. I can’t imagine a transgender male could fight off any of these predators either.
