Hatred is running rampant in this world. Forty-nine people dead. Kids killing kids. ISIS beheads anyone who doesn’t convert to their religion, and groups that call themselves Christians arrive at funerals to spout hatred. There is no regard for human life or other people’s feelings anymore.
Some people say it’s too late to change what’s occurring because evil is now coming from within our own country’s borders.
I say it’s never too late if we do it right. But how to do you stop hatred from infiltrating your own home? Your own country? With the love of Jesus Christ. The more we show His love, the less hate can prevail.
In order to do battle, we need to focus on where this hatred comes from. It comes from the devil. Most of us know 1 Peter 5:8, Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Satan will take any path he can to destroy our faith, even using a madman to kill forty-nine people.
Until Christians show the love of Jesus and show true faith in their actions, this hate will not stop.
It’s time for a revival of love as only Jesus does.

The Devil pulls the strings which make us dance;
We find delight in the most loathsome things;
Some furtherance of Hell each new day brings,
And yet we feel no horror in that rank advance.

Christians need to get so sick of the devil that we make a change within ourselves. We have to get down on our knees and pray, daily. Even hourly perhaps. Most importantly, show Jesus’ love daily by spreading His mercy and forgiveness.
It’s never too late to change the way the world is going. Start your own personal revival today. If millions of Christians were to humble themselves before God, the world would be in awe of the change that would come forth.
Our only hope is in our Lord. No amount of complaining, yelling, or pointing the blame will change the growing evil in this world. Only one thing can change a hating heart: Jesus Christ.

Amen!!
Thanks.
We have to make changes in our own homes first. Then we need to convince others to change. It will not come easy but we must persist.
I need prayers. There is someone wrong with my right leg. Excruciating pain! Can’t sleep because of the pain. I have a doctor’s appointment for Wednesday. I’ve been this way for two weeks.
Ruth, I agree with changes to our home. Also, I am sorry to hear about your leg. I pray for you complete healing and no more pain. In the name of Jesus.
